👋 Overview

LittleWins ("we", "our", or "us") is a family milestone tracking app built for parents. This Privacy Policy explains what inf ormation we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

📋 Information We Collect

Account information

• Your name and email address when you create an account
• Authentication tokens from Apple Sign In or Google Sign In if you use those options

Family information you provide

• Your children's first names and birthdays
• Profile photos you choose to upload (stored locally on your device)
• Milestones, steps, and notes you create
• Certificates you award
• Gift rewards you attach to milestones

Usage information

• Anonymous analytics events (e.g. milestones added, certificates awarded) to help us improve the app
• Crash reports when the app encounters an error

• To create and manage your account
• To sync your family's milestones and certificates across devices you are signed in to
• To allow multiple family members to share the same family account
• To improve the app through anonymous usage analytics
• To respond to support requests you send us

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

☁️ Third-Party Services

LittleWins uses the following third-party services to operate:

Firebase (Google LLC)

• Firebase Authentication — securely manages sign-in
• Cloud Firestore — stores your milestones, certificates, and family data
• Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage events

Google Sign In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google processes your sign-in credentials. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Apple Sign In

If you choose to sign in with Apple, Apple processes your sign-in credentials. Apple may provide a private relay email addres s. Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy

👶 Children's Privacy

LittleWins is designed for use by parents and caregivers, not by children directly. We do not knowingly coll ect personal information directly from children under 13.

Information about children (names, birthdays, milestone notes) is entered by parents and is associated with the parent's acco unt. Parents are responsible for what information they choose to enter about their children.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us at renj.rp@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

🔒 Data Security

All data stored in Firestore is protected by Firebase's security rules, which ensure only authenticated members of your famil y account can access your data. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

No system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

🗑️ Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app:

• Go to Profile & Settings → Delete Account
• This permanently deletes your account, all your children's profiles, milestones, and certificates
• This action cannot be undone

To request deletion by email, contact us at renj.rp@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

🌍 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently r emoved from our servers within 30 days.

Anonymous analytics data (which contains no personal information) may be retained for up to 14 months in accordance with Fire base Analytics defaults.

🔔 Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Export your data in a portable format
